Menopause Training Partner Based in South Cheshire

Laura Krippner

Even though menopause impacts roughly half the workforce, often just when people are at the height of their experience and influence, it is still rarely discussed openly at work. I know what that silence costs. Across years in compliance and audit at PwC, Deloitte and HSBC, in London and the USA, I worked in high-pressure environments where capable people quietly masked symptoms, pushed through exhaustion, doubted their own performance, or stepped back from roles they were excellent at, because nobody around them had the language to help.

What I see in most workplaces is good intentions without practical support behind them. A policy may exist, but managers have no training to use it. What is also missed is the overlap. Brain fog, overwhelm, poor sleep and emotional load are easily mistaken for burnout or a performance problem, and for neurodivergent employees, particularly women with ADHD, changing hormones can intensify existing challenges with focus and energy. Those who have spent years masking are often the closest to burnout, and the least likely to speak up.

That is the gap I work in. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who specialises in working with neurodivergent women, and an Official Training Partner with HOTB, I deliver evidence-based menopause awareness training that turns policy into practice. I look at menopause alongside neurodiversity and burnout, because in real life they rarely arrive separately. My corporate background means the training is realistic about the pressures managers face, and I can speak credibly with HR, leadership and line managers alike. Because I also coach women directly, I bring the human reality into the room, not just the theory.

My approach is warm, practical and grounded in evidence. Employees learn they can ask for what they need. Managers gain the confidence to recognise what is going on and respond with simple, supportive adjustments. Organisations retain their experienced people before burnout takes hold and build a culture where menopause, neurodiversity and wellbeing are all part of an every day ordinary conversation.
