Workplace neurodiversity training
Inclusive, evidence-informed sessions for managers, HR teams and whole organisations, including the intersection of neurodivergence and hormones that we need to be talking more about.
One in five people in your office is neurodivergent. Many are undiagnosed and the majority of workplace neurodiversity training still doesn’t reflect the reality of who is actually in the room.
Women, men, people of all genders. Women in midlife. Those who are navigating a late discovery alongside hormonal changes like perimenopause and menopause.
Our training isn’t about putting a tick in the neuroinclusion box. It’s about genuine understanding that changes how people lead, support and include.
Supporting neurodivergent employees
For HR professionals and managers who want to get this right, it can feel daunting. What’s the right language? Is it neurodiverse? Or neurodivergent? How do you help an employee navigating neurodivergent conditions, hormone conditions & or perimenopause? How do you make reasonable adjustments with varying needs without making it feel complicated?
If you’re asking those questions, you’re in the right place.
Here’s something many people aren’t aware of:
The average age of a late ADHD diagnosis for women in the UK is 44. By that point, many have spent decades developing coping strategies that mask how much they’re actually managing. Perimenopause, which can begin in the late thirties, often strips those strategies away. Many women reach crisis point without ever knowing they are neurodivergent.
Up to 92% of autistic women experience Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, a severe hormonal condition that significantly impacts mood, cognition and emotional regulation. For many, this means one to two weeks every month where functioning at work feels almost impossible.
And it’s not only women. Evidence indicates that mens testosterone levels naturally decline through the winter months, affecting energy, motivation and mood in ways that often go unnamed and unsupported in the workplace.
When we understand these connections, we can stop guessing and start supporting.
And for the employee on the other side of that, the one who has been wondering if they’re capable, if they belong, if it might just be easier to leave, that understanding changes everything.
That’s what our training makes possible.
What We Do Differently
We go into the science. We cover how hormones directly impact the neurodivergent brain, oestrogen, progesterone, dopamine, executive function, sensory processing, in a way that feels simple to comprehend. Because understanding the biology, changes everything about how managers lead and support.
We go into the intersection in a way that is uniquely ours. The overlap between neurodivergence and hormonal health is one of the most underserved conversations in workplace wellbeing. It’s where some of your most experienced, capable employees are struggling most and where the right understanding makes the biggest difference.
Our trainers live this. Our team brings both professional expertise and lived experience. They don’t just know this content, they are this content and your employees will feel the difference.
We build for everyone in the room. Not the average experience or the loudest voice. Our training speaks to women, men, midlife employees, late discovered individuals, those still questioning and those who have never had the language for what they’ve always known.

The Impact of Our Neurodiversity Training in workplaces
“Sophie has had a profound impact on both my personal and professional life, which is a pretty rare statement about someone I met on LinkedIn. She has not only a massive wealth of knowledge and empathy about hormones, but also such advocacy for women’s health and well-being. She delivered a fantastic workshop for ITV about the connection between neurodiversity and hormones, and you could see the light bulbs going off left, right, and centre, helping women understand and validate their actions, emotions, and behaviours. It was so powerful, and we had a huge amount of positive feedback from our community. Thank you, Sophie.”
“As a Staff Wellbeing Champion in my team, my initial intention was to go and learn about how I can support others however, not only did I start to think more about how I am affected by hormones, I was comforting to hear the stories of others at the workshop.
If you feel like you are alone with your hormone health, join in one of these workshops and you will soon realise you are not.
Definitely one of the best health and wellbeing workshops I have attended – I would recommend to anyone.”
“This workshop was super informative and has inspired me to take more agency over my hormonal health and develop more understanding and awareness regarding the hormonal health of others.”
