Menopause training isn’t just for large employers

It’s often assumed that menopause awareness training is something for big corporates, organisations with hundreds of employees and dedicated HR teams. But the truth is, menopause affects people in every workplace. In every team. In businesses of every size.

Recently we were filmed by ITV delivering menopause awareness training on behalf of The Affable Partnership for a local business, Arc Fire Safety that simply wanted to do right by their people because they care.  And the conversations in that room? Are exactly why this topic is so important.

Whatever the size of your business,  if you can see the value in supporting you teams with menopause training, we’d love to chat.

Menopause Action Plans

The UK Government have now introduced Action Plans as part of the Employments Rights Act 2025, moving the focus from awareness to measurable action. With plans required to be in place by April 2027, many organisations are choosing to get ahead now.

Creating an effective action plan is more than writing a policy. It requires understanding your workforce, gathering meaningful insight, analysing data, setting priorities, measuring progress and reviewing impact over time.

That’s why we created the HOTB Action Plan Standard,  a practical, supported framework that helps organisations confidently develop, implement and review an effective action plan while demonstrating their commitment to best practice.

Organisations achieving the Standard will also be recognised on our website as employers leading the way in menopause support.
