Menopause Training Partner Based in South East London

Noel-Ann Bradshaw

Noel-Ann Bradshaw is a Hormones on the Blink menopause training partner based in South East London. In her professional life she is a Professor and Deputy Dean in the Faculty of Engineering and Science at the University of Greenwich, a role in which she leads teams, manages strategic partnerships, and champions an inclusive and supportive culture across her institution.

With many years of experience as a lecturer and academic, Noel-Ann is a skilled and confident communicator who has taught and trained adults at every level. She has delivered numerous public engagement talks and events, bringing complex ideas to life in ways that are accessible, engaging and meaningful to diverse audiences.

Noel-Ann’s journey to menopause training is deeply personal. Her recent autism diagnosis brought into sharp focus the connection between hormonal change and neurodivergent experience. She understands first-hand how perimenopause and menopause (as well as other periods of hormonal dysregulation) can intensify neurodivergent traits, and how isolating and confusing this can be without the right knowledge and support. This insight drives her commitment to ensuring that training is not only informative, but truly inclusive.

Noel-Ann creates a warm, safe, and compassionate space in every training session. She takes time to understand the needs of everyone in the room, ensuring all voices are heard and all experiences are respected. She is passionate about helping individuals understand what is happening to their bodies and minds — and equally passionate about helping organisations understand their role in making a difference.
