Become a menopause trainer with us!

Deliver the menopause training you wish your workplace had delivered

And change the system that let you and every woman down.

This is Hormones on the Blink.

The accreditation programme where your lived experience becomes licensed impact and your business. You’ll train with us, take this work into the rooms where it’s needed, and build something of your own. We give you the framework, the tools and the credibility. You keep everything you earn.

This isn’t just a business. It’s a movement.

For women who’ve been dismissed, disbelieved, or derailed and are ready to use that fire for something bigger.

You didn’t land here by accident. Neither did I.

In 2021, perimenopause felt like it took me apart from the inside.
I was exhausted, overwhelmed, unable to hold things together and no one could explain why.

I was told I was “too young.” Offered antidepressants. Shrugged off.  At 44 I discovered that I am Autistic and ADHD and whilst it helped to make sense of things, it was also the hardest time of my life, with the least support.

And I started to see the pattern.
Not just in me but in hundreds of women around me.
Leaving careers they loved. Questioning their sanity.
With limited access to help depending on postcode, income, or being “believable enough.”

That’s when I realised this wasn’t just about my story.

It was about all of us.

I’m sure you have seen the stats. 900,000 women that have left work because of menopause. Divorce rates peak and very sadly, suicide rates for women are at their highest in midlife.  And I don’t know about you but I couldn’t stay quiet about this any longer.

That’s why I retrained as a Menopause & Hormone Health trainer

To bring real education into workplaces, not to tick boxes but to shift the culture.

Because when I looked about, I noticed gaps.

Menopause imagery that only seemed to speak to older women. Training that covered what most people already knew from scrolling Instagram at 1am. Content that didn’t touch the experience of neurodivergent women and a field that still heavily centred the average white woman’s experience, with very little cultural inclusivity or nuance.

The women being left out of this conversation aren’t a minority. They’re everywhere. In every workplace, every community, every age group.  So this became my mission. Not just better menopause training. More inclusive menopause training. Training that speaks to every person in the room.

But work like this isn’t a one person job. It takes a village.

Where we go that other menopause training doesn’t

Most menopause training programmes don’t mention neurodivergence. Ours goes deep into it.

The overlap between hormonal change and neurodivergent experience is one of the most underserved conversations in women’s health right now. These women are in every workplace. And almost nobody is equipped to support them.

As a Hormones on the blink training partner you will be.

You’ll understand the intersection, the hormonal, the neurological, the deeply personal experience of navigating both at once. And if you’re late discovered ADHD &/ Autistic yourself, you won’t just be teaching this. You’ll be living proof that the other side exists.

That’s the kind of trainer that changes things.

Why there’s never been a better time to become a menopause trainer

From April 2026 the UK Government are introducing action plans, where businesses of over 250 + employees will need to demonstrate their commitment to supporting people going through menopause and to reducing the gender pay gap, which will be publicly recorded.

This means that menopause training & awareness is moving from a nice to have, to a legal requirement.

Any questions?

Have a look through at the most common questions asked and if you can’t find your answer on the list, just drop me a message here.

Week 1- 4: BODY

We start off getting to know each other and HOTB core values. I’ll take you through the different hormones that play a key role in women’s health and wellbeing. We’ll cover how they change in perimenopause, menopause and the imbalances involved in other hormone health issues. This will really help you have confidence in answering questions and delivering training about hormone health.

MIND This is where we go a little deeper and look at the connection between how hormones affect the brain.  We’ll discuss the very real intersection between menopause and mental health,  trauma, addiction and neurodivergence. Knowledge like this is what sets us apart and will provide you a wider insight into understanding the challenges that can arise when it comes to menopause and hormonal imbalances.

Weeks 1-4 will give you a great foundation of knowledge when it comes to understanding how hormonal changes can impact women physically and mentally so that you can go out there and share what you have learnt with them.

Week 5-8: TREATMENT

Whilst we don’t need to be medical specialists on this topic, we do need a good baseline of understanding to be able to signpost the women we meet, with confidence.

So this is where we will take a deep dive into treatment options for supporting our hormones. We’ll discuss the risks, myths and benefits of HRT, learn how it actually works and delve into some of the many alternatives. This will ensure that you feel empowered to help other women make informed choices and better able to find the positives in the menopause transition.

Menopause in the workplace

Women of our time face unique challenges in the workplace, this is where we learn about  employers’ legal obligations when it comes to supporting menopause and hormone health issues at work. We’ll look at how we reframe the positive ageing narrative and enable organisations to see the benefits of employing a diverse workforce so that women aren’t forced out of jobs for being treated unfairly.

After weeks 5-8 you will feel more confident in your knowledge of HRT and  alternative therapies. You will feel empowered,  understanding the importance of supporting workplaces and the value that you can bring to them and the women that they employ.

Week 9-12

This is where we get down to the nitty gritty of how to actually deliver HOTB training. We’ll discuss what makes a good trainer and how to hone and harness your unique skills and passion. I’ll share how I build relationships, find new clients and win new business, so that you can do the same.

You’ll finish the course raring to go!

Fully confident in the knowledge you have gained to go out there and start making a difference.

What’s next?

Don’t worry, you are not just left to get on with it.

We will work alongside each other co delivering training sessions and meetings until you are ready to fully take the reigns. There will be ongoing support when you need it and opportunities for additional training along the way. You’ll have access to our whats app group where you can ask questions and shout HELP when you need to!

No. You don’t need to be a polished speaker or experienced trainer.

  • A willingness to show up with honesty and care

You don’t need jargon, slideshows, or “presenter energy.”
Just the ability to explain ideas in a way that people understand and feel.

We’ll guide you through:

  • How to lead with clarity

  • How to handle tricky questions

  • How to make every session feel like a conversation, not a lecture

If you can connect, speak with warmth, and guide a room gently but clearly,  you’ll do brilliantly.

The training is 12 modules pre-recorded, with live calls every other week. It can be completed in a 3 month / shorter period if required.

This is more than a course. It’s a ready-to-run business, with everything you need to start delivering workshops as a HOTB training partner.

This isn’t just training  it’s a way to build a purpose-led business that creates real change.

Absolutely  and you won’t be the only one.

Many of our trainers started during perimenopause, often because of it. The unpredictable energy, the brain fog, the up-and-down days, it’s real. But so is your capacity.

You don’t need to be “through it” to lead this work.
You need empathy, lived experience, and a desire to make things better for others  and yourself.

“Your personal experience qualifies you in a way no textbook can. That honesty? That humanity? That’s what your audience will trust.”

You’ll have structure, materials, and ongoing support  but most importantly, you’ll have a why that resonates deeper than any script.

This is for the women who’ve felt it all, and are still showing up to change the conversation.

There are recommended resources to read and listen to but the homework is minimal. The idea being that you can do this course with minimal interference to your current schedule.

There are limited spaces available to ensure that we grow at a sustainable rate and we have an ongoing waitlist, so if you are keen to secure your place please get in touch ASAP!
