Menopause Training Partner Based in Kent

Lesley Vickerage is a Hormones on the blink menopause training partner based in Kent. She is also an actress, coach and trainer/facilitator. She worked consistently in television and theatre for over 20 years and has a BSc in Psychology and a PGDip in Coaching Psychology. Alongside her acting career she taught, directed and mentored young actors for over twelve years.

Bringing these diverse strands together, Lesley’s relaxed and empathetic approach continues into the training room.

With a strong foundation in the rehearsal process, she understands the importance of creating safe and supportive learning spaces crucial for building confidence, creativity and performance under pressure

Lesley has delivered coaching and training programmes across a broad spectrum of industries, including corporate, public sector, film, and advertising. She has worked extensively in the UK, and in the Middle East, and Europe, supporting both individuals and teams to be the best they can be.

Drawing from both professions, Lesley brings her relaxed and empathetic approach to the work of Hormones on the blink, by creating safe and supportive learning spaces. By sharing knowledge and facilitating discussions, she hopes that people will feel comfortable to share their own experiences and learn about the crucial role hormones play in our lives.
